#MotivationMonday featuring Zac Marion

Looking for some motivation this Monday? Check out Topo Elite Athlete Zac Marion’s words of encouragement and his three favorite injury prevention exercises to build a strong base.

Ultra Marathon athlete, Zac Marion performs best when he has significant gaps to close. Whether it be for his health and studies, or race time and finish position. At heart Zac is a competitor – he trains hard and he shoots for the win every time he toes the line. But he also runs from peak to peak in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains or Bryce Canyon National Park to take in the natural, sometimes rugged, backdrop and to fuel his soul. Having completed a doctorates degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Utah, he is constantly inspired and amazed at the potential of the human body. No matter his condition, or the size of the gap, Zac always fights his way back to the top.
